We will be conducting interoperability tests of OLSR implementations. If you have an OLSR implementation, and if you are interrested in participating in this interoperability testing, please register by sending an email to interopreg@free.fr, including your name, affiliation and number of nodes you will be able to bring to the workshop.

Also, please note the following:

  • To participate in the interop, you do not need to give away your implementation, in neither binary nor source form. You may show up with your own hardware and your own binary, and participate in the interoperability testing. However, if you have code and you want to share it, we encourage you to also participate in the minOLSR contest.
  • We encourage you to bring at least one -- preferably more -- nodes (PDAs, laptops etc.), capable of running OLSR in order to allow us to build as large a test network as possible.
  • If you have specific tests that you would like to include in the conducted interoperability tests (e.g. if you have developed OLSR network visualization tools or any such things), please let us know as you register for the interop. The interoperability testing aims at being as comprehensive as possible.
  • The results collected from the interop (experiences, performances, problems), will be summarized and published -- all registered participants will be credited (unless we're notified otherwise) and will receive a direct copy of this publication.
